Theoretical and experimental spin dynamics, spin relaxation theory and general magnetic resonance, both fundamental and applied to protein structure and folding problems. Electron spin resonance studies of photosynthetic systems, effects of weak magnetic fields on chemical and biochemical reactions, animal magnetoreception and environmental effects of radiofrequency magnetic fields. Computational design of paramagnetic MRI cancer diagnostics agents. Numerically efficient spin dynamics simulation algorithms and their application to molecular structure determination.
